AKROS HENSCHEL' baling presses have been specifically designed to reduce metal scrap. The loading box is fed at the top. The compression rams reduces the material.
Thanks to the last compression, the bale is squeezed against the door and ejected out of the press once the door opens.
Working process • Continuous feeding with a conveyor of a grab • Adjustable number of precompressions • Continuous operating cycle thanks to the shearing of the first compression ram • Manual or fully automatic operating cycle • The starting of the cycle can be controlled by a weighing hopper of a level detector
Benefits of the range • Wide available range • Easy to install in an existing process line • Box grooving adapted to the kind of material to be processed • Patented lower floor plate (clearance adjustment) • Adjustable final compression • Short time cycle • High density bales • Long guiding surface • Rams lubrication • Adjustable number of precompressions • Sturdy design • Bales meter
