Used Equipment
We have access to hundreds of items that are still extremely functional. Among others, we have 2 ram balers, horizontal balers, vertical balers, shredders, car crushers, logger balers and much more.
Balers are used to compress a cut and raked crop such as hay, straw, or silage or foam into compact bales that are easy to handle, transport and store. Several different types of balers are commonly used, each producing a different type of bales – rectangular or cylindrical, of various sizes, bound with twine, netting, or wire. Industrial balers are also used in material recycling facilities, primarily for baling metal, plastic, or paper for transport. 2 Ram balers bale
- OCC (Old Corrugated Containers)
- Paper
- Light Non-Ferrous Metal Scrap
- Aluminum Cans
- Bi-Metal Cans
- Plastic Bottles
- PET
- HDPE
For higher production levels and automatic operation, a horizontal baler can make your waste recycling operation more efficient. In a Horizontal Baler the materials are compressed from the side.
Car Crushers are used to reduce the dimensions of derelict cars (after useful parts are stripped) prior to transport.
Recycling Equipment that does not fit into the other basic recycling equipment categories
Shears are designed to cut all sorts of tangled, complex materials down to size by processing light to medium gauge scrap steel faster and more cost effectively.
Shredders come in many sizes from office paper shredders to ‘mega-shredders’ of 5000 hp, which can consume whole automobiles with ease. All metal shredders operate on similar principles, involving a fast rotating rotor equipped with free swinging hammers which cut and shred metal scrap and drive the pieces through sizing grates.
A Vertical Baler is a good low cost option when production volume isn't a priority. Vertical balers can bale a wide variety of materials.
